Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) set 2015 first target for rare earth production

MIIT set the first target for total mineral products and smelting products at 52.5 thousand tonnes and 50.05 thousand tonnes respectively, both of which North Rare Earth account for over 50% at 29.75 thousand tonnes and 25.96 thousand tonnes, a 20% increase compared with last year.
